Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are perishable, the following applies.

If something is wrong

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. If a product is damaged, missing or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Perishable goods

Fresh milk, dairy, eggs and other perishable products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

You can cancel before your order is packed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel.

Raw milk

Raw milk is unpasteurised. Please follow the storage instructions and consume by the date on the label. If you believe there is a quality issue, contact us straight away.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Please allow time for the refund to reach you.
